Greg M. Moga is the CEO of PMSI and IRRG. Mr. Moga and his team have been providing revenue recovery services to hospitals since 1987. He is a healthcare attorney and entrepreneur who has founded numerous successful companies, including several in the healthcare revenue cycle space. Most notably, Mr. Moga founded Outreach Services, Disability Outreach and Pacific EDI, which were merged in January 2012 to form Cardon Outreach, the largest provider of Medicaid eligibility and third-party reimbursement services to hospitals in the US.
Mr. Moga has served on a number of non-profit and for-profit boards and he has recently concluded his term as Regional Executive for the west coast (Region 11) of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
After receiving his B.A. from St. John's University in International Government Studies, Vincent has worked for the past 30+ years in Healthcare Patient Life Cycle from registration, EHR data acquisition, procedure utilization, information compliance and the continuum of care has been essential to his success for back-office processes.
Since receiving his graduate degree from Eastern Washington University, Steven has built his career in the healthcare financial management sector through leadership positions in both vendor services and within one of the largest hospital/physician groups in Seattle, WA.

After receiving his AA in Healthcare Administration and BA in Organizational Leadership, Jeff built his career around healthcare financial management.
Prior to joining IRRG, Jeff worked as a medical biller and coder, office manager for private physician practice, and was the sole SNF biller for Washington State Veterans Affairs locations.
